Channeled Love Letter from the Soul, 2015

Dear One,

When did you decide to accept that your dreams are not as important as other's dreams, that your words are not as eloquent or worthy of being heard as other's words or that your needs are not as valid as other's needs? Do you remember learning these lessons? When did they come? Who were your teachers?

Just because you believe something to be truth does not make it so. Just because so many have shown up in your life to reenforce these beliefs does not mean that they are your truth.

Look deep into your soul. Lean into the love that is there. Do you still feel unworthy? Do you still feel that you are not enough?

My darling child here in my arms you have always been. All of you, in its perfect incarnation. You've had nothing to show, no one to prove your value to. You have been enough all along.

Forgive those whose own hurt was projected on your younger self, they did not know any other way to relieve their own pain. Forgive yourself for the years, the decades that you spent trying to fix what was not broken within you.

Can you see how easy it is now to look into your own eyes and recognize those stories do not belong to you?

They DO NOT belong to you. You can let them go now. You can release them into the fire of your own soul to be healed once and for all.

My love, you are worthy of being seen and heard. Your feelings are just as important as everyone else. Stop apologizing for taking up space in this life. You are here to illuminate all the space you fill up. Now and forever.
