Truthbomb - Your Thinking Mind:
One of the biggest shifts that you are making in this time-space reality is shifting from your thinking mind to your feeling mind. So, as you move forward, you can begin to trust more and more what you are feeling. And as the feeling and the knowing start to connect, as opposed to the thinking that we know, things begin to shift.
This new way of being is all from your heart brain.
It is all from your center of intelligence which is far more evolved than your human minds are. This is the place where you start to listen to your intuition through feeling. And from there you can more deeply discern the information that you are receiving.
Where in your body does truth live? Where in your body does untruth live? A simple way to access this information is to sit quietly, connect into your body (using whatever grounding technique works for you) and start to play with the way your body reacts to truth and untruth.
Where do you feel it?
When you tell yourself a lie or untruth, do you notice how your body responds? Perhaps you feel a tightening of your gut, a slight shift or pain in your neck. It may take you some time and practice to really start to notice the information that your body is sharing with you. It is important to practice telling yourself both an untruth and a truth, so that you can begin to learn the different ways that these indicators show up in your body. Listen to your heart, what is it telling you?
Connecting into the body IS connecting into your Inner Knowing.
As you tie this all back to connecting to your inner knowing… this is your work. The work is to get really solid with your feelings. And when you feel it in your body and recognize it as an indication that something is not right, not in alignment or not working for you, you will begin to listen more and more. And then don’t resist it.
This is the work.
Find a way to quiet the mind. Listen to the body and the messages that it is sharing. Release your grasp on how you want things to play out in order to make space for what wants to unfold. And then, move forward from there.
