You feel it, don’t you?
Life may feel a bit hairy right now.
Things have changed, there is more uncertainty. You may even feel like your sense of security has been shattered.
Recently, during a group channeling, The Greater Consciousness brought this subject to light. They asked for us to look at where we are assigning responsibility for our sense of safety.
Are we looking to others to “make” us feel safe?
Are we trying to control our sense of security by trading our needs for what others are doing or not doing for us?
These are BIG questions.
When we look outside ourselves for someone or something to “save” us or towards conditions that make us feel okay, we are giving away our power to feel truly grounded in the knowing of our security.
This time, these current outward circumstances, is an invitation for each of us to start to move in the direction of recognizing that no one and nothing can make us feel safe.
How do we feel safe?
True safety and security comes from the consistent connecting and re-connecting into our own inner-knowing.
This knowing is not conditional. When we align with the Truth of who we are, as souls on a journey of discovery and evolution, no outward circumstances can rock our foundation.
We can find peace, clarity, and yes (!) security in the knowing that we are divinely loved and supported.
This is not to say that we don’t take Inspired actions to nurture and take care of ourselves. Instead, this is simply the act of moving in the direction of love from a place of knowing we are ok where we are and as we are. Not from fear, but from alignment with the whole of who we are.
What can you do to take one small step in the direction of this inner-knowing today?
Play with this. Find joy in the process. You may be surprised at how easy it can be to shift this awareness towards your true sense of security.
