Sometimes life gives the opportunity to explore. Other times the path invites a pause. This is a time when wandering the world can feel scary, anxious, and uncertain. It can also feel freeing, adventurous and wide open.
For me, it’s been a mix. Learning new ways of being in the world has been a crash course in deepening my intuition. I check in with my deepest knowing when I desire movement and exploration. I assess how it feels and what practical steps I can take to co-create a peaceful experience.
What do I need in this moment?
How can I mitigate the unknowns in the best way available?
And from here, I decide what is best for me.
Life has always served up a plate of uncertainty, even before the pandemic. But when I align with what feels resonate to me, I feel a freedom to make choices that are in my highest good. From this place, I can also lean into what feels best for the collective.
There’s no single answer for me or for anyone.
This is truly a time to come into alignment with the wise, inner-wisdom and choose from there. Without using my internal guidance system, I can sense how I’d be feeling far more untethered in the world. But I’ve learned that when I act from an ungrounded space, I tend to respond in fear more of the time.
The beauty of this opportunity to explore my inner and outer landscape is that I’m deepening the trust in my connection to Source and to the ways that life can be enjoyed even when things feel limiting. This is such a personal choice for each of us. No matter how we’re choosing, if we align with what feels best for us, we can open the flow of life experience.
Yes, even right now!
There’s no need to wait for a future outer condition to begin to explore the inner-landscape of our beliefs. When we are aligned, we can see possibilities and opportunities that may not otherwise be obvious. We can live a full life now, in whatever configuration works for each of us. Knowing this gives me great peace and opens the doorway for more goodness to come in.
What are you exploring today?
