February went by like a flash for me. And yet, this was also a month of some big clearings, awareness and overall processing of my old stories and beliefs that continue to show themselves as I am ready.

The energy has been ripe for this level of excavation.

As the emotions were coming to the surface for me... grief, doubt, and more... I heard myself saying (in my head), "I can't do this" and it was the jumping off point that I needed.

You see, instead of holding on tightly to the old stories of "can't do this," I decided to see what it would be like to lean in more to the emotions and critical voice. It has been quite an experience, that's for sure. And the good news is that it didn't crumble me, to touch into these deep emotions, in fact that's where some of my big clearings have happened this month.

The Greater Consciousness has had a lot to say about the shifting that is happening here and the paradox of light and dark that we are all a part of in this moment.
