Discomfort doesn’t necessarily mean we are out of alignment
Wait, what?
During a conversation with a friend last week, they were sharing a situation that felt uncomfortable. The discomfort, they assessed, must have been an indicator that they weren’t in alignment with their inner-being.
As we were chatting, as often happens, The Greater Consciousness came through with a different perspective.
They reminded us that we, as humans, are living in a “This/And” universe. Somewhere along the way, we were taught to believe that life is “Either/Or” instead.
They said, “What if discomfort is simply an invitation to explore your alignment?”
As they continued to share their wisdom they added, “Sometimes discomfort is the emotion you feel as things are shifting. It can be uncomfortable when you’re trying out new beliefs and patterns, but that doesn’t mean you’re out of alignment.”
Boom! That was quite a #Truthbomb they dropped.
It got me thinking
Thinking about the times I still use the feeling of discomfort to judge where I’ve somehow gone off the path, instead of using this indicator as an invitation to explore more deeply my experience.
There’s a deeper permission here as well. To be gentler with myself. To be easy with my emotional body. And to allow my body, mind and spirit the space to unfold each step along my journey (as best I can!)

im just asking but preytell how are you allowed to use these Rekei tactics without the law of order? there are severe consequences for the unwillful use of these practices, especially in the exchange of services for monetary gain. not to mention repercussions from local/state regulatory authorities. Hence the raucous within our realms… continuing to contribute to self gain with or without due diligence is calls for imminent domain. thats just my knowledge, of and how i became aware, agin im just asking ♂️ love you nely
